Job Description
A high-profile household in Brentwood, CA is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant with a 24/7 mindset to provide comprehensive support to a busy individual and their household operations. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage personal and household calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and messages efficiently and discreetly.
- Liaise with vendors, household staff, and external service providers.
- Oversee household inventory, errands, and general organization.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for social and professional functions.
- Provide administrative support for personal and occasional business matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and anticipate needs proactively.
Candidate Requirements
- Must reside in the Los Angeles area (no remote work or relocation assistance).
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant in a private home or high-profile setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong technology proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, scheduling tools, etc.).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.
- Flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
