Position: Full-Time Nanny
Location: Dubai, UAE (with extensive travel to the UK, Europe, and the USA)
Contract: Full-time, 6 days per week
Accommodation: Live-out preferred 
Salary: AED 20,000 – 24,000 per month, depending on experience

Overview and Opportunity
 
A lovely family based in Dubai is seeking a professional and experienced Full-Time Nanny to care for their 3-month-old baby. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing childcare professional who is confident working with infants and passionate about supporting early development in a structured and loving environment.
 
The family leads an international lifestyle, travelling regularly to the UK, Europe, and the USA, particularly during the summer months. The successful candidate will be flexible, organised, and capable of maintaining consistency and calm while travelling.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old baby.
• Maintain feeding, nap, and activity routines.
• Support early learning and language development through play, conversation, and reading.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities.
• Ensure the nursery and all baby equipment are kept clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Prepare for and accompany the family during travel, maintaining continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively with the household team
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the baby’s progress, routines, and milestones.
• The household has 1 small dog and 2 cats.

 
Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience caring for infants, ideally within private households, with a minimum of 3 years’ professional nanny experience.
• Fluent English speaker to a native level.
• Confident, calm, and capable of providing structured and consistent care.
• Flexible and comfortable with frequent international travel.
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.
• Already based in Dubai with own accommodation preferred.
