Role: HR Manager
Location: Limerick, Ireland.
Salary: €45,000 – €50,000
We are recruiting for an ambitious and driven HR Manager for a fantastic four star hotel based in Limerick, Ireland.
THE ROLE
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Lead hotel engagement strategies.
- Oversee employee on-boarding, ensuring that new employees receive proper training and orientation.
- Proactive management of IR and ER issues.
- Ensure that standards of employee compliance are maintained, with correct documentation and HR records.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Supervise budgets for payroll and hotel processing, through attendance/time systems.
- Reporting to the Hotel General Manager.
ABOUT YOU
- 3rd level qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or similar. CIPD qualification is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years in a HR management role – Hotel or customer focused environment.
- Experience in cost and payroll maintenance.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships across all areas of the hotel.
- Previous experience in employee engagement driving.
