Role: HR Manager 
Location: Limerick, Ireland.
Salary: €45,000 – €50,000

We are recruiting for an ambitious and driven HR Manager for a fantastic four star hotel based in Limerick, Ireland.
 
THE ROLE 

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Lead hotel engagement strategies. 
  • Oversee employee on-boarding, ensuring that new employees receive proper training and orientation.
  • Proactive management of IR and ER issues.
  • Ensure that standards of employee compliance are maintained, with correct documentation and HR records. 
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Supervise budgets for payroll and hotel processing, through attendance/time systems. 
  • Reporting to the Hotel General Manager. 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3rd level qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or similar. CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years in a HR management role – Hotel or customer focused environment.
  • Experience in cost and payroll maintenance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships across all areas of the hotel. 
  • Previous experience in employee engagement driving.
