We are delighted to be working with our fantastic luxury hotel property client in their search for an experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager in Cumbria. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold high service standards, and drive profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include optimising the table reservation system,
fostering a positive team culture, and overseeing all restaurant and bar activities.
