We are supporting our longstanding client in Knightsbridge in their search for a Private Chef, with a salary on offer of £60,000-£70,000 per year.
 
Candidates for this role will work alongside the family’s Nutritionist but will have a health-conscious focus on their work and be comfortable in sourcing ingredients for the Principal’s meals.
 
This role will be a Monday-Friday position, with occasional weekend work when required.
 
Main responsibilities:

• Following the Principals pre-planned recipes and prepare healthy meals and snacks for the house
• Source the relevant ingredients from local vendors and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other household staff to coordinate meal schedules and special events
• Accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences of the Principal
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Private Chef in UHNW households
• Knowledge of nutrition and experience in creating balanced and healthy meals
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work 6 days a week when the Principal is in residence, with time given back when the Principal travels
• Right to work in the UK
