Personal Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join a Family Office in Central London. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling of personal and business engagements for the Principal
• Coordinate appointments and optimize the principal’s schedule by prioritising tasks and daily commitments
• Ensure all related arrangements and logistics are meticulously handled
• Work alongside the existing PA 
• Arrange and accompany the principal and family to medical appointments as needed
• Provide support to the principal’s family, including children, by managing travel plans, memberships, appointments, and school activities
• Handle last-minute travel logistics, including coordination with private jet services, hotel reservations, and excursions
• Assist with personal shopping needs
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of their properties within London
• Supervise household staff and ensure smooth operations at the principal’s primary residence
• Perform additional tasks as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within a UHNW environment or private Family Office
• Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with staff, vendors, and external contractors
• Adaptability in supporting various aspects of the principal’s personal and professional life within a small Family Office setting
• Exceptional organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and composure in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in managing dynamic and evolving personal and business schedules with ease
