Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Salary: up to £30,000

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic luxury hotel client who are looking to add an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to their team.

• Maintain Ambiance and Presentation: Ensure the restaurant, lounge, and bar areas are presented impeccably and create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Innovate and Surprise: Constantly seek new ways to delight customers, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Handle Complaints and Manage Duties: Address customer complaints effectively, manage shifts, and ensure that any service recovery is completed to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and local and national market developments.
• Promote company Values: Embody and promote the company values in every interaction with staff and guests.
