Job Title: Full-time Housekeeper
Location: Fulham, London
Contract: Temporary (until March 2025 – possibly until June 2025), 12:30 pm to 9 pm (starting earlier in winter to facilitate)
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
Salary: £20+ per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Start and End Date: ASAP until March/June 2025
 
We are working with a VIP family, who is temporarily in Fulham, London, to find an experienced Housekeeper to join their household.  
 
With a family of four, including two children, our client’s residence demands the highest standard of care and attention to detail. This is a unique opportunity to work in an exclusive environment where your skills will be appreciated and valued.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with another full-time live-in Housekeeper, a Nanny and a Chef to maintain the residence to impeccable standards.
• Execute daily household cleaning duties according to the provided rota/schedule, ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the property.
• Manage laundry and ironing tasks efficiently.
• Handle wardrobe management, including the care of luxury items, couture, and high-end materials.
• Maintain and care for high-end dining sets, tableware, delicate cutlery, crystals, and silverware.
• Demonstrate knowledge of caring for luxury art pieces within the home.
• Preferred experience in flower arranging.
• Coordinate dry cleaning drop-offs and pick-ups, and report any damages or faults with home equipment/appliances to relevant staff members.

Requirements:

• Flexibility and adaptability in approach to work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team (a Housekeeper, a Nanny, and a Chef).
• Previous experience working in household roles for VIP families.
• Clear understanding of the expectations and operations within high-profile households.
• Proficient in English.
• You must be self-employed for this role.
