Role: Full-time Laundress
Salary: £50,000 gross per annum
Location: Mayfair, London, UK
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and dedicated Laundress to join a prestigious, fully staffed household in London. This role is primarily focused on expert laundry care, with occasional housekeeping responsibilities to support the smooth operation of the household.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional laundry services, including meticulous washing, ironing, and care for delicate fabrics.
• Oversee wardrobe organisation, ensuring garments are immaculately maintained and ready for use.
• Manage household linens with precision, ensuring all items are properly laundered and stored.
• Occasionally assist with general housekeeping duties to uphold the high standards of the household.
• Ensure the laundry area and all related spaces are consistently clean, well-organised, and efficiently maintained.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within high-end private households.
• Expertise in fabric care, garment handling, and attention to detail.
• A proactive and professional approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team.
• Impeccable references and eligibility to work in the UK.
