We seek a highly qualified and experienced Rota Governor to support a child in Junior School.

This position is based in London but requires international travel. The Rota Governor will work on a 15 days on (live-in) and 15 days off schedule, with the flexibility to travel globally with the family. You will be responsible for providing excellent care and educational support to the child while respecting and nurturing their needs. An understanding and proficiency in the Russian language is advantageous.

Main responsibilities of this role:

● Provide comprehensive care and educational support
● Create a nurturing and supportive environment to foster the child’s overall growth and well-being
● Work with the family to establish and implement routines, and educational goals, and monitor progress
● Prepare weekly/ monthly updates ensuring clear and effective communication
● Accompany the family during international travel
● Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy

Requirements:

● Previous experience of working with Key Stage 2 students, preferably with a
background in education
● Demonstrated ability to respect and nurture children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
● Excellent communication skills in English, with Russian language proficiency being advantageous
● Flexibility to work on a 15-days-on, 15-days-off rotational schedule
● Previous experience of working with high-profile families
● Experience with international travel
