A stunning 4* hotel in Roscommon, Ireland, is looking for a Commis Chef to join their restaurant team. 
 
The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a seamless kitchen operation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Support the senior chefs in daily operations and special events
• Contribute to menu planning and innovation

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
• A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have the right to live in Ireland
