Title: Rota Nanny (Gibraltar)
Location: Gibraltar, with extensive international travel
Working Schedule: 15 days on / 15 days off (TBC)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 gross per annum, DOE

Are you an adventurous and nurturing nanny passionate about providing exceptional care for young children? We are seeking a dedicated Rota Nanny to join a loving family in Gibraltar, caring for their delightful 5-month-old baby. This is an exciting opportunity for a childcare professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys exploring the world.
 
The family travels frequently, visiting destinations like Dubai and various locations throughout Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for all nursery duties and play a key role in supporting the baby’s developmental milestones while ensuring a safe and engaging environment. The position follows a rota of 15 days on and 15 days off, allowing for a perfect balance between work and personal adventures.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for a 5-month-old baby, managing all nursery-related tasks with love and attention.
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental milestones and learning.
• Travel with the family, handling all aspects of packing and unpacking for the baby.
• Ensure the baby’s safety and well-being at all times, creating a nurturing environment wherever you go.

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years of childcare experience, particularly with babies.
• Proven experience in rota roles or similar positions, demonstrating your ability to adapt to varying schedules.
• Childcare qualifications are highly desirable.
• A nurturing, flexible, and adaptable personality, comfortable with extensive travel.
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with other nannies and family members.
• Fluent English is essential, with Spanish as a bonus.
• UK or European passport holder preferred.
