Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our luxury client in their search for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor in their luxury hotel restaurant. 

The Role
This position involves supervising the Bar and Restaurant under the guidance of the Management Team, ensuring an outstanding drinking and dining experience for all guests.
 
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience as a Super-waiter, who is ready to step into a managerial role.
 
The successful candidate will be instrumental in teaching, training, and motivating the team to provide exceptional guest service.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing time effectively
• Ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
• Training both new and existing team members
• Managing stock levels
• Independently implementing standard operating procedures
• You will oversee different sections of the restaurant
• conduct team briefings
• Delegating tasks
• Manage the booking system (ResDiary)
• Address any guest concerns
• Handle cash-up duties
