Role: Residential Access Controller
Working Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off (Day Shift: 7 am – 7 pm / Night Shift: 7 pm – 7 am)
Location: Private Estate, Surrey 
Salary: £34,000 – £35,500 gross per annum, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Residential Access Controller to ensure the highest quality and security for a family’s home life and domestic environment. This role is crucial in providing estate access control and maintaining a secure living environment.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor security systems (CCTV, Intruder Detection, Fire and Perimeter Security).
• Monitor, record, and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and contractors to maintain premises security.
• Patrol premises and grounds to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring the security of all access points.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, managing incidents in coordination with the Security and Facilities Manager and emergency services.
• Assist with basic maintenance of security equipment, ensuring functionality and serviceability, and liaise with technicians as needed.
• Collaborate with the Security Manager and the Client’s service team on residential security and access control requirements.
• Support property management by recording and reporting defects.
• Assist in managing residential event security as required.
• Provide emergency first aid as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Client’s staff, contractors, house guests, and colleagues to support security interests.
• Perform administrative support tasks as required.

Experience Required:

• Valid SIA License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience working for UHNW families is advantageous.
