Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic client in their search for a experienced Wedding and Events Manager.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and maximising occupancy rates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including wedding planners, event coordinators, and corporate clients.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final booking, ensuring a seamless, professional experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the events operations team to guarantee the successful execution and delivery of events.
- Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance revenue.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales and marketing tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality or events sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
