Role: Commis Chef
Salary: Dependent on experience – €26k+ 
Location: Ireland 
Accommodation: Can be provided – €90 per week (all bills and weekly meals included) 
Start Date: January 2025
 
We are urgently seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our clients luxury 4-Star Hotel property in Ireland. Rosette/ Michelin /Fine Dining experience is required for this role. Please note that the hotel closes for the Winter season, so we are looking for someone to join in the New Year. 

Please note candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland.

This property closes on December 1st for the winter and reopen early February. Staff usually return mid-January, so a great opportunity to take some time off and travel & then return for another season.
