Role: Live-in Nanny
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (with international travel)
Salary: CHF 5,500 gross per month
Hours: 45 hours per week
Vacation: 25 days + public holidays
Separate accommodation will be provided 
 
A welcoming Geneva-based family is looking for an experienced, proactive, and flexible nanny to join their household. You will be providing attentive care to three children: a three-year-old who attends school full day, a one-and-a-half-year-old, and a one-month-old baby. Working alongside an existing nanny and a housekeeper, this role offers a unique opportunity to support a dynamic family in a highly collaborative environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing care tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being.
• Establish and maintain routines, and coordinate after-school activities for the three-year-old.
• Take charge confidently, offering reliable and nurturing care
• Accompany the family on trips, easily handle childcare and routines and ensure smooth transitions across locations (all travel expenses are covered).
• Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, promoting learning and language development.

Ideal candidate:

• Fluent in French and English; able to communicate in both languages with ease.
• Proven experience with young children, including infants, is essential.
• Open, proactive, patient, and warm, with a genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education.
• Organised, able to adapt to flexible schedules, and comfortable working in a team setting with other household staff.
