Job Title: Rota Nanny (14 days on/14 days off)

Salary: £70,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
 
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Rota Nanny to join a warm and dynamic family based in Sotogrande. This role involves caring for four children on a shared-care basis, aged between 3 and 12, on a 14-day on/14-day off schedule. The ideal candidates will be proactive, energetic, and passionate about childcare, strongly emphasising education and creative development.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. 
• Safely transport children to and from school, after-school activities, and appointments.
• Plan, organise and supervise extracurricular activities, including sports, music lessons, and playdates.
• Help children with homework and school projects
• Accompany the family on domestic and international trips, ensuring the children’s routines are maintained.
• Manage children’s wardrobes, organising clothing.
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Nursery duties related to the children’s areas, ensuring a tidy and organised environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Childcare-related qualification is essential; Montessori training is highly desirable.
• Must be able to swim and supervise children during swimming activities.
• The ability to play and teach a musical instrument is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
• A cheerful and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children.
• Open to new ideas and creative in planning activities that challenge and engage the children.
• Able to anticipate the needs of the children and family and act accordingly.
• Work well in a team environment with other household staff.
