Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a vibrant and vivacious boutique hotel.
They are keen for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join their Kitchen Brigade.
As the Sous Chef You Will Be:
- Second in command of the dedicated brigade along side the Head Chef.
- Hands on in the kitchen with lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus.
- Help in future menu development for a la carte restaurant menus, events and private Dining Domes.
- Have a hands on role in managing the kitchen, maintaining standards, assisting with ordering, rotas, training and development for kitchen and front of house team members.
- Be responsible for regulations and legislation within our kitchen.
