We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our clients luxury 4-Star Hotel property in Ireland. Rosette/ Michelin /Fine Dining experience is required for this role. As the hotel closes for the Winter season, we are looking for someone to join for the re-opening in the New Year.
The hotel is a small family owned 21 Bedroom Luxury Hotel in the Burren region in the West of Ireland.
The restaurant is a Fine Dining restaurant which averages does a maximum of 42 covers. They have a bar that serves a light lunch as well as Afternoon Tea (Tuesday to Thursday) & breakfast for residents daily.
Please note that candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland.

This property closes on December 1st for the winter and reopen early February. Staff usually return mid-January, so a great opportunity to take some time off and travel & then return for another season.
