Position: Housekeeper/Cook
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (will include weekends)
Temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent
 
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Cook for a temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a private household in Central London, where you can apply your housekeeping expertise while preparing delicious meals for the Principal.
 
Responsibilities:

• Maintain the home to a high standard, ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
• Prepare and serve a variety of dishes, catering to the Principal’s tastes and dietary needs.
• Serve meals for the Principal, family, and guests, ensuring a professional and pleasant dining experience.
• Work alongside the household team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home, providing support to the House Manager as required.
• Assist with additional duties during busy periods, including when the family hosts guests or extended family visits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Housekeeper in private households or luxury hotels, with solid cooking skills.
• A versatile cook with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes, with attention to detail and creativity.
• A proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor, with a flexible approach to the role.
• Willing to work additional hours during family visits or events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff in a seamless and supportive environment.
