Achieve Hospitality is partnering with a stunning 5* hotel in Co. Kerry. Recently awarded 2 Michelin Keys, this hotel is situated in the Ring of Kerry with beautiful views.
We are inviting applications for a dynamic and results-oriented Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team and contribute to delivering luxury guest experiences.
This iconic luxury hotel is set amidst the stunning landscapes of Kenmare Bay, is renowned for its world-class service, two Michelin stars, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to check-in
- Manage room allocations, pricing strategies, and availability to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of reservations agents, ensuring high performance and consistency
- Monitor and manage online booking platforms and direct booking websites
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with the front office manager and teams to optimise room sales and revenue management
- Ensure accurate recording and communication of booking details with relevant departments
- Maintain and oversee systems like Hotsoft, GDS, D-Edge, and Avvio
- Run commission reports and ensure timely payment to travel agents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or in a similar role, in a luxury hotel environment
- Proficient with systems like Hotsoft/Channel Manager Systems and the GDS
- Experience in revenue management practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a superior guest experience
- Fluent English both spoken and written

Working Hours: This role requires flexibility with daily 8-hour shifts, rostered up to 8 pm. You will work 5 shifts over a 7-day period, including Saturdays and bank holidays (shared amongst the team)
