Job Title: Gardener
Location: Cotswolds
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (could be negotiable for the right candidate)
 
Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work when the Principals are in residence.
 
We are supporting a client in the Cotswolds to find an experienced Gardener for their estate. The role requires working closely with a large gardening team and maintaining high horticultural standards.
 
Working mostly Monday-Friday, candidates must be flexible to work over the weekend on occasion when the principals are in residence. 
 
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Gardener to maintain the garden to a high horticultural standard.
• Handle general maintenance tasks, including mowing, weeding, and hedge cutting.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Gardener within a private household or estate.
• Horticultural qualification beneficial (RHS Level 2 or equivalent preferred).
• Essential certificates: spray certificates PA1/PA6, with chainsaw certification also beneficial.
• High standards in gardening and horticulture.
• Ability to work independently while integrating into the gardening team.
