We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage the daily operations of a private household in Porto Cervo, Sardinia. This is a full-time, live-out position offering a permanent contract and a competitive net monthly salary of €3,000+. The successful candidate will ensure the home runs efficiently and is maintained to the highest standard while demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
 
Responsibilities:

• Ensure the interior of the home is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to uphold high standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all household furnishings, equipment, and supplies.
• Order and replace items as needed to ensure smooth household operations.
• Coordinate with staff members to ensure all household events and gatherings run seamlessly.
• Perform light cooking as required.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure proper upkeep of household vehicles.
• Handle and coordinate dry cleaning and wardrobe management.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Proven experience in a similar role managing a private household.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
• Flexible and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of light cooking techniques and basic vehicle maintenance coordination is preferred.
