Salary: £36,000 plus service charge
We are delighted to be supporting our amazing client in their search for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our clients team at their fabulous restaurant.
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to assist in food preparation, cooking, and managing kitchen operations.
You will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative dishes while ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable position.
- Expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
