Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our clients dynamic kitchen team at. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, presentation, and delivery of exceptional dishes, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section of the kitchen.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Menu Development: Assist in the creation and development of menus, bringing fresh ideas and input to the team.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels for your section, ensuring waste is minimised and stock rotation is implemented.
  • Training and Development: Support junior kitchen staff by providing guidance, training, and mentoring as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes leaving your section are prepared to the highest quality and standard, in line with our brand expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy, high-quality kitchen.
  • A passion for food and a desire to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate desirable).
  • A positive attitude, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
