An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Spanish-speaking Property Manager to oversee the operations of an exclusive holiday estate in Ibiza, catering to ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role requires a highly discreet, guest-focused professional with a proven background in managing private estates or luxury properties.
 
As this is a new position, the ideal candidate will have the initiative and confidence to shape the role and establish the property as a model of excellence. The position demands a combination of strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to deliver world-class guest experiences.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for all aspects of property management, ensuring the estate operates seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards. This role involves coordinating guest services, managing contractors, and implementing strategies for future growth. You must be able to work autonomously with a proactive, hands-on approach and possess the ability to inspire and manage a dedicated team effectively.
 
This is a live-out role, ideal for someone familiar with Ibiza, including its vendors and service providers. Flexibility during peak seasons is essential, with time off allocated during quieter periods.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, maintaining impeccable standards.
• Manage property calendars, schedule services, and provide advance notice to principals.
• Develop operational manuals, and staff schedules, and oversee the recruitment, training, and management of household and grounds staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for principals and their guests, handling all inquiries and special requests.
• Coordinate guest bookings and provide high-level service throughout their stay.
• Ensure the property is always impeccably maintained and prepared.
• Manage events on the estate, occasionally providing hands-on assistance during events.
• Address and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining discretion.
• Shape and direct the role of Property Manager, driving operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, managing private estates or working with high-profile clients.
• Strong ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to manage priorities and work irregular hours.
• Polished, professional demeanour with excellent presentation.
• Confident, patient, and highly organised with strong analytical and IT skills
• Fluent in Spanish and familiar with Ibiza and its surroundings.
• Currently already based in Ibiza. 
• A proactive, independent worker with a valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Europe.
• Excellent references from previous employers.
