Our luxury restaurant client based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to join their team.
 
The Role:
 
As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. 
 
This role also involves managing staff, maintaining inventory and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
 
Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of beverage preparation and presentation.
• Familiarity with bar inventory management and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in designing drink menus and promotions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
