Role: Italian / Pizza Chef
Location: West Cork, Ireland
Salary: Up to €35,000

We are working with a warm and inviting family restaurant in Skibbereen, Co. Cork with excellent reviews. With signature, wood-fired pizzas alongside fresh, classic Irish and Italian dishes, this restaurant is looking for a Chef specialising in pizzas and Italian cuisine. 
 
You will also be collaborating with the wider kitchen team during busier periods. This is a full time role, and accommodation can be available above the restaurant if needed. 
 
Please note, candidates MUST have the right to live and work in Ireland. 
 
Ideal candidate:

• Prior experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role
• Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and traditional toppings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of fresh Pasta making
