Our clients property features a state-of-the-art kitchen and a newly opened fine dining restaurant.

As the Head Chef, you will drive an exceptional dining experience by blending innovation with the finest seasonal ingredients. You’ll oversee all kitchen operations, delivering excellence across à la carte dining, private events, and exclusive menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Innovation: Create and execute fine dining menus celebrating fresh, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a talented kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional results.
- Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, procurement, and stock control to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards in line with regulations.
- Event Catering: Lead private dining and high-profile events with creativity and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a high-volume, high-end kitchen.
- Preferably experienced in catering for large-scale events.
