Role: Hotel General Manager
Location: Morocco, North Africa
Salary: €100,000 plus car allowance and accommodation 

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic client in their search for an experienced General Manager for their luxury property based in Morocco, North Africa. 
 
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial growth and operational excellence.
    • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with the hotel’s vision and values.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and events.
    • Ensure compliance with luxury standards and deliver a flawless guest experience.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
    • Achieve revenue targets and maintain profitability through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development programs.
  • Guest Relations:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
    • Handle high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Act as the face of the hotel, promoting its image within the luxury travel industry.
    • Build strong relationships with local authorities, travel partners, and the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market, with experience in North Africa or similar regions preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
  • Must be fluent in French language
