Division: Private Households, Estates and Family Offices (US market)
Salary: Base up to £33,000 + uncapped commission + bonus scheme
Location: Remote in the UK
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Achieve Hospitality. You’ll be joining our agency to work within our successful Private Division supporting the recruitment for Private Households and Estates of UHNWIs, Celebrities, Royalty and Music Artists in the US.
The successful candidate will be an experienced recruiter with knowledge of the US market, experience in dealing with UHNWI and a solid understanding of our industry. There is high commission earning potential with this role, so we’re looking for someone who will have a real drive to push the Achieve brand forward. With the time difference between the UK and US, we’re looking for someone who is happy to work in that time-zone, so this role is perfect for someone who would want to have mornings off at their own leisure and work evenings.

Working Schedule
- Full Time 360 Recruitment Role
- Remote working contract with travel to our UK Head Office once per month for up to a week (travel, accommodation and meal allowance provided).
Ideal Candidate
- A strong recruitment background
- Private Staffing industry knowledge or background is preferred
- Knowledge of the US market
- Experience in achieving financial targets
- Experience in successful business development
- Time management and organisation skills
- The ability to organise your own workload
- Self motivated, resilient and driven
- Be able to establish and maintain strong, genuine relationships
