Job Title: Executive/Personal Assistant
Salary: $100k–$120k per annum (USD)
Location: Naples, FL
 
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Starting date: ASAP
 
A long-standing client is seeking a well-presented, articulate, and highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support them in a professional and dynamic capacity. 
 
The role involves working closely with the Principal to manage day-to-day responsibilities, undertake research projects, oversee inventory, and coordinate travel arrangements.
 
Given the trusted nature of this position, candidates must provide impeccable, verifiable references and demonstrate proven experience in similar roles.
 
Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and organizational support.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other professional documents.
  • Coordinate personal and business travel arrangements.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars on behalf of the Principal.
  • Manage incoming communications, review their content, and respond or distribute as needed.
  • Oversee household or office inventory, records, and supplies.
  • Handle errands and occasionally provide transportation for the Principal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Principal and their team.

  • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
  • Detail-oriented, culturally sensitive, and adaptable in diverse environments.
