Live-out Housekeeper

£45,000 – 50,000 per year
5 days a week, 8 hours a day
 
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeper to join the team of our UHNW clients in Chelsea, with a salary on offer of up to £50,000 per year.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organisation and impeccable standards of the property. Successful candidates will be joining a fully-staffed household, with a team of Housekeepers and a Head Housekeeper.
 
The household has four floors with 8 bedrooms so candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have flexibility to work weekends and travel occasionally with the family, for around 5 weeks of the year.
 
Main responsibilities:

• Executive daily cleaning routines to ensure all living spaces are immaculate and welcoming for the principal and their family
• General housekeeping and laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and organisation of clothes and linens
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of household items and pantries
• Handle delicate surfaces and materials with care
• Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality 
• Prepare guest rooms to the highest possible standards when required
• Coordinate with the rest of the Housekeeping team and other household staff to ensure the seamless operations of the house 

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience of 4+ years of Housekeeping in a private household or luxury hotel setting 
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong and confident communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
• Able to travel with the family for around 5 weeks of the year
