Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our amazing client in their search for a experienced Hotel Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Guest Services. Ensure seamless coordination between departments to provide a cohesive guest experience.
  • Guest Experience: Uphold and enhance the resort’s five-star service standards. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive, collaborative working environment that aligns with the resort’s wellness philosophy.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue streams. Work closely with the finance team to ensure profitability while maintaining the resort’s luxury standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of all operational areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for guest retention, market positioning, and revenue growth.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Build relationships with local and international stakeholders, including suppliers, wellness professionals, and tourism partners.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead efforts to maintain eco-friendly practices, aligning with the resort’s commitment to sustainability and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in a 5-star health and well-being resort or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
    • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to operations.
    • Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
