They are keen for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join their Kitchen team.
 
As the Sous Chef, You Will Be Responsible for:
 

• Be the second in command of our dedicated brigade along side our Head Chef
• Be hands on in the kitchen with our lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus
• Help in future menu development for a la carte restaurant menus and events.
• Have a hands on role in managing the kitchen, maintaining standards, assisting with ordering, rotas, training and development for kitchen and front of house team members
• Be responsible for regulations and legislation to extremely high standard within our kitchen
• Effectively order and keep on top of stock levels and stock rotation.
