An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Villa Manager to oversee the seamless operation of a highly exclusive, fully staffed rental villa in Provence. This seasonal role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and work alongside a large team to deliver world-class hospitality and an unparalleled guest experience. The Villa Manager will liaise directly with the property owner to coordinate bookings, ensuring the estate runs flawlessly throughout the summer season.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the villa, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and support a large team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, delivering a discreet and personalised service.
• Work closely with the property owner to coordinate guest bookings, special requests, and overall villa operations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of private events, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Oversee procurement, stock levels, and external service providers to maintain smooth operations.

 
The Ideal Candidate

• Previous villa management experience in a luxury setting.
• Background in 5 hotels* (e.g., Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood) or ultra-high-end private hospitality.
• Fluent English speaker (native level); French language skills are an advantage.
• Residency in France (Carte de Séjour or French residency permit required).
• Experience working with VIP and UHNW clientele, with a strong understanding of discretion and personalised service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Auto Entrepreneur status in France would be desirable.
