An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family in Qatar is seeking a highly professional Female Butler to be assigned to the children’s department. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury household service, excellent attention to detail, and a warm yet professional approach when assisting with the children’s daily routines and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistance & Butler Service: Provide seamless butler-style service to the children, ensuring their needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
- Wardrobe & Packing Management: Organize and maintain the children’s wardrobes, ensuring all clothing and accessories are in perfect condition and appropriate for activities.
- Travel Support: Assist with packing, unpacking, and ensuring all necessary travel arrangements are in place when accompanying the family on trips.
- Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with nannies, tutors, chefs, and other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations and special occasions.
- Event & Activity Preparation: Support in organizing playdates, parties, and outings, ensuring the highest level of service and safety.
- Housekeeping Duties (Children’s Areas): Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children’s rooms, play areas, and personal spaces, ensuring a tidy and hygienic environment.
- Etiquette & Protocol: Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, confidentiality, and discretion in all aspects of service.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Butler in a private UHNW residence or 5-star hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Child-friendly approach with experience working closely with children in a professional setting.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-presented, highly discreet, and professional at all times.
- Willing to travel with the family when required.
