Requirements for the role are but not limited to:

• Experience – Minimum 2 years in a high-end dining establishment.
• Leadership – Confidently run a section efficiently and independently.
• Expertise – Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes under pressure.
• Flexibility – Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
