Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our amazing client who are looking to add a experienced HR Advisor to their team.
With a team of over 550 employees across 25 departments. The HR Advisor, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a varied workload while building strong relationships with Heads of Departments and employees. Your proactive, hands-on approach will ensure the best support and guidance on key people-related matters such as retention, conduct, performance, and wellbeing, all in line with HR best practices.
Using your solid understanding of employment law, you’ll contribute to shaping and refining HR policies and procedures while playing an active role in HR initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with Heads of Departments, gaining a deep understanding of business needs to proactively address HR issues and trends.
- Manage and progress HR cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support and lead investigations, grievance, and disciplinary hearings when required.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within HR practices.
- Oversee and support the seamless onboarding of new employees.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support, including processing new starter documentation.
- Support the apprenticeship process within the business.
- Assist with recruitment, ensuring we attract the best candidates.
- Contribute to social media content to promote our client as an employer of choice.
- Assist in planning and administering staff social events to enhance employee engagement.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports using our HR Information System (HRIS), troubleshooting basic system errors where needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, professional, and people-focused approach.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse HR data and develop solution-driven initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong technical skills, with experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) to optimise workflows.
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential.

Working either 32 or 39 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, this role will be Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:30pm).
