Role: Duty Manager 
Location: Co. Leitrim
Salary:  €32,000.00-€34,000.00 plus commission pay 
 
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a luxury 4* hotel in Leitrim. This exciting role is designed to enhance the service offered to customers by collaborating with different departments, engaging directly with guests, understanding their specific needs, and solving problems across the hotel.
 
Accommodation can be provided initially, but only on a temporary basis. 
 
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • MUST have the right to live and work in Ireland – we do not offer visa sponsorship
  • At least 2 years of experience at management level in a busy 4* hotel
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • An eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events operations
  • Ability to lead and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle guest queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • A commitment to maintaining cleanliness to the highest standard at all times

 
Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Weekend availability
