Live-In Full-Time Nanny | NYC & Hamptons

• Role: Full-time, live-in Nanny position with a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 gross per annum
• Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM available with guaranteed overtime compensation

A private family is seeking a professional live-in nanny for their 20-month-old twins in New York City, with regular travel to their Southampton summer residence and weekend home in Bedford. The position provides an excellent opportunity to join a supportive household in a dynamic environment that includes domestic and international travel. 

Core responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive childcare following established family routines
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational play
• Accompanying children to classes and activities
• Managing children’s daily schedules, including meals, naps, and activities
• Preparing meals and snacks for children
• Maintaining clean and organized spaces
• Assisting with children’s laundry and packing for travel
• Coordinating with parents regarding children’s development and schedules
• Traveling with the family during scheduled hours
• Maintaining consistent routines across multiple residences
• Assisting with bedtime routines

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Significant experience in full-time childcare, particularly with toddlers or young children close in age
• Twin care experience is a plus
• Comfortable with dogs (family has a pet)
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Professional childcare references
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to different residential locations
• Ability to maintain consistent routines while adapting to schedule changes
