Achieve Hospitality are partnering with a valued client of ours who is looking for an experienced Spa Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Kerry’s most beautiful 5* hotels, leading the award-winning spa team!
 
The award-winning Spa features signature treatments, and showcases partnerships with the elite brands Elemis, Ground Wellbeing and Seabody.  Each brand has a range of bespoke treatments that can be tailored to individual needs. The therapists team provide the highest quality care during every guest visit, having a choice of massages, skin-nourishing facials to soothing body rituals.
 
The Spa facility also includes a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and fitness suite with state-of-the-art equipment.
 
Scope and Responsibilities of the role:
 
– Direct and lead the daily operations of the Spa, Health Club, and Gym, including staff management and appointment scheduling.
– To ensure that the Spa, Health Club and Gym rules and regulations are always abided to by the clients, guests and staff teams.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
-To budget and forecast for future annual performance of the Spa.
– Hire, train, and lead a team of spa professionals.
– Ensure that all guests enjoy an exceptional spa experience by providing luxury services and inspiring the team to do the same.
– Deliver excellent customer service and address any guest complaints or concerns.
-To oversee the daily maintenance and cleaning of all Spa and Gym equipment is undertaken and report to the Management as required.
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers.
– Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Department to generate continuous revenue ideas.
– Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
 
– A proven employment track record of leading, developing and managing a passionate spa team, in both spa and beauty services in a similar 5* luxury hotel environment, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
– ITEC/CIDESCO/CIBTAC qualifications.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant spa software.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
– A passion for the spa industry.
– Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
– Working knowledge of finance, budgeting, marketing, as well as competitor and market analysis.
– Experience with Elemis, Seabody and Ground products is preferred.
