Food and Beverage Director
Salary: €65,000+ 
Location: Co. Clare, Ireland 

The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality across all outlets. This role involves coordinating purchasing, cost controls, staff recruitment and training, and product development to maintain a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Reports to: Resort General Manager, Deputy General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, working closely with chefs, restaurant, and bar managers
• Implement purchasing, stock control, and cost management strategies
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff, fostering a motivated team
• Maintain high service standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor and enhance product offerings, menus, and overall guest experience
• Collaborate with senior management on budgeting and cost control
• Ensure operational efficiency, team coordination, and adherence to 5-star service standards
• Manage events, functions, and conferences as needed
• Conduct performance appraisals and implement staff development initiatives
• Drive sustainability efforts, minimizing waste and promoting responsible sourcing

• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and staff development
• Ability to enhance guest experience through innovation and service excellence
