Our Client is a high-end gastro restaurant offering an exceptional à la carte dining experience. With a capacity of approximately 180 covers, They pride themselves on delivering outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and a vibrant, professional working environment. The kitchen operates with precision, passion, and creativity, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie to join our clients dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of your designated section, working alongside a talented brigade to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following the restaurant’s à la carte menu.
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist in menu development, bringing creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section.
