Job Title: Database Manager/PA
Location: UAE
Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 AED per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Database Manager/PA to establish, manage, and maintain a comprehensive personal and professional database system. This position will focus on organising key information, managing ongoing projects, and streamlining workflows for quick access and reference. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a solid foundation for data management, ensuring that systems are well-structured, efficient, and easily accessible for future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a structured database system to store personal, professional, and project-related information.
- Regularly update, maintain, and optimise the database for accurate and accessible records.
- Organise and manage files and documents, and maintain a clear and structured system for naming and organising files and records.
- Utilise Excel to manage large volumes of data, conduct regular updates and ensure all records are complete and correct.
- Track ongoing projects, team activities, and deadlines, providing a quick reference system to facilitate efficient management and decision-making.
- Ensure the database is organised and streamlined so that past projects, contacts, and important data can be easily retrieved when needed.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as helping with paperwork, organising files, and assisting in the preparation of reports or presentations.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in database management or a similar role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data structuring, analysis, and reporting.
- Fluent in English with clear, professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create systems that simplify complex information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
