Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: UAE
Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 AED per month
Accommodation: Live-out provided (One-bedroom flat)

Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee data management, streamline administrative processes, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves structuring and maintaining key personal and professional records, tracking ongoing projects, and improving workflow efficiency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in organising essential information, ensuring it is well-structured, accessible, and effectively managed.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a structured system for storing and managing personal, professional, and project-related data.
  • Ensure records are up to date, well-organised, and easily accessible for quick reference.
  • Manage and organise digital and physical files, implementing clear naming and filing conventions.
  • Utilise Excel to handle large datasets, perform updates, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and key activities, providing structured documentation for easy reference.
  • Optimise and streamline administrative processes, ensuring past projects, contacts, and essential data can be retrieved efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, report generation, and file organisation.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and support ongoing projects to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in office administration, data management, or a similar role, with strong organisational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data structuring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to create and manage efficient organisational systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritisation skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
