Our client, nestled in the breath-taking Scottish Borders, is a luxury 5-star property which offers an unparalleled guest experience, blending exceptional service with world-class dining. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our client’s team.
 
Job Description 

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service across our client’s F&B outlets, maintaining the highest standards expected from a luxury establishment. You will lead by example, overseeing daily operations, mentoring the team, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our client’s guests.
 
Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and performance.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house teams.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and ordering.
  • Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Support senior management in achieving financial and operational goals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Passion for food, wine, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
