Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic client who are looking to add a experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to their team.  The client is the most prestigious five-star luxury hotel in Dublin. It is one of the finest hotels in Dublin, offering beautifully appointed guest rooms, stunning event spaces, and an enticing selection of bars and lounges. The hotel boasts an exceptional range of amenities. It is also one of the most luxurious hotels within walking distance of Dublin’s most iconic sights.
 
Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to support the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to maintaining high standards across the department.
 
Role Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service.
  • Responding swiftly and proactively to guest concerns.
  • Understanding and embodying the brand’s service ethos.
  • Setting clear service expectations for both internal and external guests.
  • Taking ownership of guest complaints or issues until they are fully resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Following up to ensure guest concerns have been satisfactorily addressed.
  • Building strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Adhering to all corporate accounting procedures.
  • Assisting the General Manager as required with the annual quality audit

Candidate Requirements 

  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
